Learn about Chi Walking/Running
(Special Event)
Chi Running techniques have blended movement principles from the ancient martial art, T'ai Chi, with the active sports of running and walking. This blend creates a more mindful, safe and efficient approach to running. Wear athletic clothing, running shoes and weather appropriate layers as we will go outside for portions of the workshop. No experience is required and the lesson is appropriate for all levels of running/walking experience.
