Fourth Annual Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine Research Recognition Day

Nobel Laureate Richard R. Ernst, who received the Nobel Prize in chemistry in 1991, will be the keynote speaker. He will speak on “The Responsibility of Scientists in Our Time.”
The event will feature research by VCOM and Virginia Tech faculty members in the area of “Imaging and Diagnosis.” Christopher Kramer, M.D., from the University of Virginia, will speak on heart imaging and H. Kim Lyerly, M.D., from Duke University, will speak on cancer imaging.
