Launch of Energy Efficiency Partnership of Greater Washington (Greater Washington DC Metro Area)
Virginia Tech, Pepco Energy Services, and energy efficiency financing company, Hannon Armstrong, are joining with urban developers, architects, and local county governments to launch the Energy Efficiency Partnership of Greater Washington, a large-scale building retrofit project.
