  Relax and Rejuvenate: Mindfulness-based Stress Reducation Techniques  
(Special Event)

This session will introduce participants to basic mindfulness-based techniques for relaxation and stress management. Techniques will include yoga postures, basic meditation, and breathing techniques that participants can use at the office or at home.
