Introduction to EndNote Workshop
(Greater Washington DC Metro Area)
There are two separate sessions:
1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
EndNote is software that allows researchers to save and organize results of database searches or lists of bibliographic references. It can be used in conjunction with Microsoft Word to format in-text citations and bibliographies.
The workshop, taught by Dave Beagle, will include basic EndNote "how to" skills such as: creating a library, entering references manually, exporting references from online databases, editing records for accuracy, using import filters, creating groups (subsets of your library), editing output styles, using term lists, attaching files, settting preferences, and Cite While You Write.
