Virginia Tech through the Office of Equity and Inclusion is partnering with the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) to educate Virginians about the responsibilities of home ownership and other financial matters. These sessions are open to all faculty, staff, students and members of the local community. The tour is focused on the importance of financial responsibility; ways to use credit wisely, how to create a personal strategy to build financial security through homeownership and insight into financing a home purchase. Three sessions will be held throughout the day from 11AM-12Noon, 1-2PM and 5:30-6:30PM. Free pizza is provided at the conclusion of the morning session.
