Employment Workshop for F1 and J1 Students, National Capital Region

The Graduate Student Services Office is offering an Optional Practical Training (OPT) and Curricular Practical Training(CPT) Workshop
There have been many changes to OPT regulations and procedures in the past few months. Students who plan to graduate this semester and apply for OPT are strongly encouraged to attend this information session. It is also recommended for pre-planning purposes for students graduating during the spring semester. During the session we will discuss OPT eligibility requirements and the application and approval process.
J-1 visa holders who are interested in applying for academic training following graduation should contact our office directly for individual assistance.
