Web Design: Modeling an Effective Website

Are you looking for web design principles that will help you plan an attractive, high-functioning website? This short course will provide an overview of the key issues of web design, including site aesthetics, visual identity, organization, navigability, and accessibility. Participants will break into groups and, using the principles discussed in the first portion of the course, critique and suggest revisions for existing websites. Participants of this course will exit knowing the principles of preliminary web design. Practical methods of site construction and coding will not be covered.
