Dinner on the Titanic
(Special Event)
You are cordially invited to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the R.M.S. Titanic's maiden voyage, and a farewell to Shultz DIning Center, with recipes served aboard the most elegant ocean liner of all time. With music by Encorp orchestra, and prize raffles including passes to New River Junction and Massanutten. Menu includes dishes served in first, second, and third class, from Oyster Findlay, grilled duck breast, roasted rack of lamb, and beef tenderloin, to Irish stew and cabin biscuits. The event will also include a trivia game and a museum area displaying period fashions from the Oris Glisson Historic Costume and Textile Collection.
