Free Week of Group X Classes
(Special Event)
Start the New Year off by trying free group exercise classes and small group training sessions at McComas and War Memorial Hall. Group X offers classes such as BODYPUMP, Zumba, yoga and cycling. Small group training sessions include one coach instructing a small group of participants in different formats such as P90X, marathon training, and TRX. The Free Week schedule is available online. McComas Hall is open to faculty and staff to try out during free week. Those who would like a personal tour of McComas Hall can email recsports@vt.edu to set up an appointment. More information...
