Women and Wellness: Guided Meditation
(Special Event)
Ivi Brenner will be leading participants through a guided meditation. Join us at In Balance Yoga (401 S. Main St.) to practice relaxation techniques that you can use to de-stress. Never meditated before? This is a great way to try something new with a group of coworkers or friends! We also understand that because of schedule limitations, you may only be able to attend part of the event. Please feel free to leave early if need be.
This event is open to female identified students, staff, and faculty.
