Missy Chase Lapine, author of the book "The Sneaky Chef" has developed proven strategies for ingeniously disguising "superfoods" in kids' favorite meals. Like blueberries hidden in burgers, broccoli in meatballs, cauliflower in mac 'n cheese, and wheat germ in cookies (they can't see or taste anything different!).

Gather with us in the Cranwell International Center's kitchen to create wonderful purees that you can freeze and use later in the meals you serve at home.

This program will leave you with a take-away of each puree, a few recipes to try, and of course some laughs!
