(Seminar/Conference)
Ben Gramig, Ph.D., Perdue University associate professor of natural resource and environmental economics, will present this seminar in AAEC's Spring 2014 Series. Gramig has a strong interest in the interface between agriculture and the environment, and his work is motivated by public policy and the role of human activity in environmental change. His research includes information economics and markets for environmental goods and services, and his earlier service with Kentucky's Governor's Office of Agricultural Policy afforded opportunities to work on agricultural issues with farmers, extension agents, commodity groups, government agencies and elected officials.
