Don't miss one of the most special quartets in the world. The best quartet to come out of the Czech republic, with performances all over the globe, glorious reviews, many CD's, will come to Squires Recital Salon and perform music by the most popular Czech composers Dvorak, Smetana, and Janacek.
The Dvorak quartet is based on Czech folklore, so is the Smetana, except it is also biographical and describes his life. The Janacek is a very dramatic work based on intimate letters between the composer and his lover.
