Each semester, the Virginia Tech Alumni Association and the Student Alumni Associates present a speaker series designed to prepare you for obstacles you may encounter after graduation or during your career.

Common misconceptions and challenges surrounding the different generations at work
Develop strategies for collaboration in a multigeneration work place
