Adam Gopnik: "The Arts and Humanities as the Foundation of Scientific Inquiry"

Adam Hopnik, author, staff writer for the New Yorker, and best-selling social commentator will share his thoughts on why we should study arts and humanities in a society where the sciences are viewed as the primary sources of wisdom during a free talk on Saturday, Sept. 6, at 2 p.m. in the Moss Arts Center's Anne and Ellen Fife Theatre. Gopnik is an award-winning journalist who speaks with singular wit, eloquence and insight on modern life and culture.
