(Greater Washington DC Metro Area)

This three-day workshop introduces the software package COPASI. Developers and workshop organizers Pedro Mendes and Stefan Hoops have spent the last 20 years creating COPASI, a simulation software that allows translation of the biochemical interactions between species into dynamical systems represented by sets of either stochastic or deterministic equations.
