7:30pm 		  Music on Mondays: Alexander Fiterstein Trio with pianist Tracy Cowden  
(Music/Theatre/Dance)

Alexander Giterstein formed his Trio in 2008 with cimbalom (dulcimer) player Zev Feldman and accordionist Christian Crowder. The Trio, joined by faculty member and pianist Tracy Cowden, will perform a a program of Kelzmer music.

Mr. Fiterstein will also speak following a 1:30pm screening of the film "Orchestra of Exiles" on Sunday, Oct. 12 at the Lyric Theatre.

The Fiterstein Trio visit is made possible through major support from the Malcolm and Diane Rosenberg Judaic Studies Program in the Department of Religion and Culture and Hillel at Virginia Tech.
