Come have lunch on VT Engage and talk with representatives from great community organizations in the New River Valley that are in need of your help!
You'll meet representatives from the Blacksburg Children's Museum, Micah's Backpack, NRV Cares, Warm Hearth, and the YMCA at Virginia Tech. This event is part of VT Engage's annual Week of Engagement.
This year, from Nov. 1-7, Week of Engagement will promote and advocate for social justice through education, service, and dialogue in the community. This year's theme is "Know Your Neighbors," and the week will be full of service and discussion events aimed to shed light on the needs of the surrounding community.
