A presentation on the environmental, health, economic, social, and cultural impact of mountain top removal coal mining and natural gas tracking practices on the Central Appalachian region. Ms. Keaton is Executive Director of Keeper of the Mountains Foundation and Outreach and Education Coordinator of the Greenbrier River Watershed Association. She is a Virginia Tech graduate in Political Science and received her law degree from the University of Houston.
