Free Week of Fitness

New year, new you! Start the semester off with free group exercise, small group training, and instructional dance classes all for free.
Over 100 group exercise classes are offered each week including all your favorite formats such as yoga, Zumba, BODYPUMP, cycle, pilates, and BODYCOMBAT.
Small group training classes include one personal trainer instructing a group of participants in different style work outs such as X-fit with a Crossfit coach, TRX, and GRIT - a 30-minute high intensity interval training workout.
Instructional dance classes are offered in ballet and hip hop.
