Information Session for Online Master of Agricultural and Life Sciences Degree

The Virginia Tech Alumni Association invites you to join James Anderson, assistant professor and director of Distance and Graduate Education; Susan Sumner, associate dean and director of Academic Programs; current students; and recent alumni of the online program to learn more about how the Online Master of Agricultural and Life Sciences program could be a good investment for you, a friend, a family member, or an employee.
The online program is uniquely positioned to meet the evolving and dynamic needs of today's agricultural professionals, offering concentrations in the areas of education, environmental science, food safety and biosecurity, leadership studies, and plant science and pest management.
This degree provides practical application taught by faculty experts who are both in the classroom and in the field, researching and practicing what they teach daily.
During the information session, Dean Alan Grant will provide an update on College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
The reception begins at 6 p.m. with heavy hors d'oeuvres served by the host and a cash bar. The program begins at 7 p.m.
