Paleo Unpack! Museum Public Program

Volunteers needed to help unload and unpack fossil samples collected by VT paleontologists working in the field this past summer. You may be handling parts of a new discovery!
Dr. Sterling Nesbitt and Dr. Michelle Stocker will give a presentation on their fieldwork and a brief training at the beginning of the work session, starting at 5:20.
Students from the Paleo Research Group will be on hand to assist volunteers with proper techniques. These are REAL FOSSILS from Africa and Arizona!
**Kids should be over 7 and accompanied by an adult**
Meet in the Museum of Geosciences, 2062 Derring Hall
No parking permit required after 5pm. Please be aware that construction around Derring has pushed parking further away. There ARE Handicapped spaces adjacent to the building.
