Forum on White Privilege
(Seminar/Conference)
The Graduate School's Forum on White Privilege will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 12:00pm in the Graduate Life Center's Multipurpose Room. This forum features four scholars who critically analyze the nuances of how white supremacy creates privilege. Panelists will focus their attention to how white privilege shapes the experiences of whites and non-whites in divergent ways. This understanding will then be used to stimulate collective action to bring down racial barriers erected by (and existing at) Virginia Tech.
