SIREN Seminar: Armand Mascelli -- An International Approach to Preparing for the Humanitarian Consequences of Nuclear Emergencies

As the vice president for Disaster Services, Operations, Armand Mascelli was responsible for initiating and coordinating the American Red Cross response to major domestic disasters and for managing the organization's Disaster Logistics, Field Technology, and Human Resources Systems.
Mascelli will present "An International Approach to Preparing for the Humanitarian Consequences of Nuclear Emergencies."
