Hokie Wellness Health and Benefits Fair

Mark your calendar for the 2016 Hokie Wellness Health and Benefits Fair sponsored by Carilion Clinic. The Fair will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in McComas Hall.
Virginia Tech employees are encouraged to start the new year by learning how to weave wellness into all parts of life.
All employees will receive two hours of leave to be used to attend and participate in the fun and engaging activities scheduled. Activities include exercise classes, health, wellness, and benefits exhibits, educational sessions, wellness screenings, and more.
The cardio areas, and weight rooms are open to employees from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Employees are encouraged to bring comfortable clothes to experience a variety of recreational activities. For more information, contact at Hokie Wellness 540-231-1228.
Shingles vaccine will be offered, and may be covered by your insurance, please confirm with your insurance carrier and register your vaccination at training.vt.edu.
