VT Engage MLK Day of Service with Headstart
(Service)
Access to early childhood education resources for children can be very difficult. One of the organizations providing affordable early childhood is New river Community Action's Headstart program. Join us to lend a hand supporting the work they do, and celebrate the Martin Luther King Jr. day of service.
What:Serve with the Blacksburg/Christiansburg Headstart program, making their site a great place for kids to learn. Tasks will include site beautification, cleaning, painting, and yard work.
When: Saturday, January 23rd from 10am - 2pm
Where: Transportation will be provided to and from Virginia Tech's campus. Details will be sent to you upon registration.
