The National Theatre of Scotland and Brooklyn's acclaimed theatre the TEAM will offer a work-in-progress sharing of their new play "Anything That Gives Off Light."

Over two weeks in residence at the School of Performing Arts, these collaborating theatre makers will meet with people throughout the New River Valley and beyond, to learn about the cultural and political legacy of the Scots and Scotch Irish in this region. This research will contribute to the final development of the play, which will premiere at the Edinburgh International Festival in August.
