The Martial Arts Council and Help Save the Next Girl are hosting a free self defense seminar. The event will be held on Sunday April 24th from 5-8PM in the Dance Room, War Memorial Gym.

The seminar will touch on awareness, avoidance, body and fight mechanics, self defense techniques, legal considerations, and dealing with the aftermath. The course will be co-taught by instructors from Bujinkan Taijutsu, Kodokan Aikido, MMA, and TaeKwonDo clubs. Bring exercise clothes and a water bottle.
