Spectrum career fair is an opportunity for organizations to recruit students and promote careers and job opportunities in non-profit and human services, government and public services, as well as business, marketing, and customer services. This career fair is open to the entire campus community and will target students in the colleges of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences, Architecture and Urban Studies, and Business, who are interested in these industries and career opportunities.

Students will have interdisciplinary backgrounds that will include excellent skills in communication, writing and research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and global perspectives Relevant course work and training may include human behavior, community development, public policy and digital fluency.
