Rag Rug Making Class
(Academic)
Jimmie Black, artisan, will instruct participants in the traditional art of rug making using worn-out clothing and other fabrics. Using strips of fabric sewn together, you will use a handmade, wooden crochet hook to compose your personally styled rug. Make just the right size rug for a special place in your home or create one to share as a gift.
Class Fee: $35.00 includes complete instruction, initial material and hand carved, wooden crochet hook for making a rug.
