Indian Art Exhibit -- Miniature Worlds: Art from India

Watercolors, drawings, and sculpture spanning 400 years of Indian history are on view in Miniature Worlds: Art from India, on exhibit now through October 20 in the Perspective Gallery at Squires Student Center on the Virginia Tech campus. Drawn from the extensive permanent collection of The Art Complex Museum in Duxbury, Massachusetts, the exhibition illuminates various forms of Indic media from the 15th to the 19th centuries as well as aspects of its religion and history.The Perspective Gallery, on the second floor of Squires Student Center on the Virginia Tech campus, is free and open to the public Tuesday through Friday, noon to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Miniature Worlds: Art from India is sponsored by Virginia Tech's University Unions & Student Activities (UUSA).
