The Center for Naval Systems (CNavS) Announces Forum

The Virginia Tech ICTAS Center for Naval Systems (CNavS)is home to
the recent award of a $7,500,000
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract award for services
related to research and development needs of the Naval Surface Warfare
Center Dahlgren Division. This award is expected to entail
performance of R & D with regard to technologies related to Navy ships
and combat systems. Specific task will range from applied research,
and or exploratory development through technology assessments and
engineering studies in support of surface combat systems development.

A dicussion forum is scheduled July 23, 2009 from 9 am to 11 am in
Room 310 of the ICTAS building on Stanger Street,Virginia Tech
campus.
