Bradley Distinguished Lecture

Norman Abramson of the University of Hawaii will give this year's Bradley Distinguished Lecture.
He received an A.B. in physics from Harvard College in 1953, an M.A. in physics from UCLA in 1955, and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford in 1958. He was an assistant professor and associate professor of electrical engineering at Stanford from 1958 to 1965. From 1967 to 1995 he was professor of electrical engineering, professor of information and computer science, chairman of the Department of Information and Computer Science, and director of the ALOHA System at the University of Hawaii. He is now professor emeritus of electrical engineering at the University of Hawaii.
