Start the New Year off with the Free Week of Fitness which will feature free group exercise classes and small group training sessions at McComas and WMH. Group exercise classes offered include BODYPUMP, Zumba, yoga, cycling, and many more. Small group training sessions include one coach instructing a small group of participants in different formats such as P90X, marathon training, and TRX.
