Ladies Night in the Weight Room
Hokie Ladies, get ready to get Hokie strong. Rec Sports is offering all female students, faculty and staff weight-training instruction with female personal trainers. There's no need to feel uneducated when you step into the weight room. During the training, instructors will go over all the basics to resistance training and building a stronger, leaner body. Feel free to stop by anytime during the two-hour, informal class. No pre-registration is required. This event is part of the Eating Issues and Body Image Awareness Week 2013.
