Hokie ladies, ready to get Hokie strong! VT female personal trainers will help introduce Hokie women to weight training in an informal and encouraging atmosphere. Stop by anytime between during the two hours, pre-registration is not required. Resistance training is the key to building a stronger, leaner body by adding what other forms of training can't: a higher metabolism, stronger bones, and a healthier body overall.
