Continuing where Adobe Photoshop CS5 (Part 1) left off, this short course will begin with an overview of the selection techniques that make it possible to manipulate a specific section of a digital image. Participants will learn how to move/transform a selection, add specific touches to an image, and apply filters to achieve special effects. Emphasis will be placed upon selection techniques, managing/creating multiple layers, and using gradients. The final product of the course will be a design mockup of a website. The skills used in this course could be used to develop other publications and media promotions. This course is open to all faculty, staff and graduate students.
