Rear Adm. Alton L. Stocks is commander of the nation's leading military hospital, the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at Bethesda, which sees about one million patients a year. Prior to this role, he led the U.S. military's relief efforts following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. The commander will use his experiences to illustrate the importance of leadership and teamwork on and off the battlefield.
