Take a trip back in time to Draper's Meadow (Blacksburg, circa 1774) and the true frontier with April Danner, Operations Manager at D2. Experience foods and cooking techniques used at Colonel William Preston's Smithfield Plantation. The menu includes roasted pork with sauerkraut, cornpone, steamed artichokes, pumpkin soup, apple dumplings, and wassail. Presenters will be in period costume.
