New Faculty Welcome is an annual event offered by the Office of the Provost. All new faculty are invited and strongly encouraged to attend this important program.

The morning session provides an overview of Virginia Tech and its programs. The afternoon session provides tracks for Administrative and Professional Faculty, Instructional Faculty, and Special Research Faculty. There will also be an afternoon session for all new international faculty members. The afternoon program content is designed to address the specific needs and interests of the different faculty groups.

Your spouse/partner is warmly invited to join us for lunch from 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

There is no cost to attend but registration is required. Please visit the Office of the Provost web page where you may register.
