Whether you are new to dance or to a particular style, coming back to dance after an extended hiatus, or looking to find a new way to supplement your regular fitness routine, this workshop will offer some ideas, graceful moves to attend to the mind, body, and spirit, relieve stress, and be in rhythm with a wonderful group of women!
