Historic World War II Aircraft Static Display

As part of Corps Homecoming and Military Appreciation Day, the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets is pleased to announce that for the third consecutive year the Tri-State Warbird Museum located in Batavia, Ohio will sponsor a military flyover as part of the Bowling Green game.
In conjunction with the flyover, both aircraft will be on static display at the Virginia Tech/Montgomery Regional Airport. The World War II era North American B-25 Mitchell bomber, "Axis Nightmare"is scheduled to arrive on Friday, Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. and the North American P-51D fighter, "Cincinnati Miss" is scheduled to arrive at 12:30 p.m. Crew will be available until 5 p.m. Friday to show the aircraft as well as before the game Saturday and after the flyovers until 5 p.m. Finally, all are welcome to view the aircraft on Sunday until they depart at approximately 10 a.m.
