Richard Crowder will present "Trade and Trade Policy- Importance to U.S. Agriculture".
Dr. Crowder is a Professor of International Trade in the Agricultural & Applied Economics Department at Virginia Tech. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a doctorate in Agricultural Economics and has since worked for the American Seed Trade Association, DeKalb Genetics Corp, Armour Swift, United States Department of Agriculture, and Pillsbury Co. Most recently Dr. Crowder served as the U.S. Trade Representative.
