Cameron Neylon, biophysicist and open research advocate, presents Network Enabled Research: the Challenge for Institutions.

Neylon is the Advocacy Director at the Public Library of Science and is interested in how to make the internet more effective as a tool for science. He writes and speaks regularly on scholarly communication, the design of web-based tools for research and the need for policy and cultural change within and around the research community.

Neylon is the Fall 2012 Virginia Tech Distinguished Innovator in Residence.
