Booth Registration for the Virginia Tech Union Winterfest 2013

The Virginia Tech Union invites your organization to join us for Winterfest 2013!
What is Winterfest?
Winterfest is the annual indoor winter carnival for the Virginia Tech community. The day
includes inflatable games, balloon artist, video gaming competitions, face painting, food and MUCH more!
Sound like fun? Oh...it is!
Each year, this annual event brings approximately 1000 Blacksburg residents to campus to enjoy a day inside...while feeling as if you are at an outdoor carnival!
How can we participate?
If your organization or business would like to be involved, all you have to do is stop by Squires 225 or email LBedenba@vt.edu Each organization will be provided a table and two chairs...we leave the rest to your imagination to create! Our only requirement is that you have an activity in your booth for our guest to enjoy!
FORMS ARE DUE FEBRUARY 20th by 12 noon!
Forms can be brought to Squires 225 or faxed to 540-231-5430 You will be contacted on February 21 to confirm your booth!
