5:30pm 		  The Italian Kitchen in the Style of Lidia Bastianich  
(Special Event)

Experience Italian cuisine in the style of celebrity chef Lidia Bastianich. Lidia owns several restaurants, has published nine cookbooks, and has hosted four cooking series on PBS. Hands-on demonstrations by Dining Services shefs include making and filling fresh pasta and making gnocchi, followed by a delicious buffet of gourmet Italian delights. Event lasts approximately ninety minutes. Sign up and prepay at Owens Food Court. Event is limited to 50 participants, and reservations are required.
