Dada Maheshvarananda is a yogic monk, activist and writer. His most recent book is After Capitalism: Economic Democracy in Action, with a contribution by Noam Chomsky. In 2007 he founded the Prout Research Institute of Venezuela, an independent, not-for-profit foundation located in Caracas, Venezuela, where he serves as director.
