Brain School: How Brains Make Sense of the World

A public event part of Brain Awareness Week
The Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute is offering Brain School, a four-part seminar series that offers an owner's manual on the brain. In this seminar, students will learn how three of the primary senses--vision, hearing, and touch--transform energy from the world around us into meaningful information for processing by the brain.
