Our Land, Our Lives - Land Loss and Black Farmers in North Carolina

Dania Davey, Esq.

Black Lives in the New South Lecture Series.

Ms. Davey will screen her documentary Our Land, Our Lives and discuss her work with Black farmers and the impact of land loss on rural communities. She is a practicing attorney in Durham, NC and serves as a program specialist with the Land Loss Prevention Project. Ms. Davey received her J.D. from the University of Virginia and was the recipient of a Skadden Public Service Fellowship.
